My opinion about the discrepancy of language is to describe that a practice of segregation has on the basis of different languages been formed by all linguistically groups of people of every region in the world. According to this segregation by language a linguistically group of man is defined to be one and separate race of a particular dialect i.e. on the basis of different languages, different national ties have grown. As for example, the Bengalis are speaking Bangla Language and the English are speaking English. Similarly the Arabs are speaking Arabic and the Germans are speaking German Language. But this natural linguistically division can’t be taken kr opposing to world peace. Language is understood to be such an instrument by which man expresses his idea of mind in accompany with a sound. That is to say, it is language through which ones mental expression becomes worded and sounded.

Indignation of a man is also manifested through language as like as his friendliness and amicability are manifested through the same. That is to say, man’s ardent liking for peace, tranquility, pleasantness and devotion
along with love, affection and attachment of his mind, the very deplorable condition of his aggrieved heart in separation and the extremely afflicted state of his thought are all expressed by language.
In fact language is such an impartial element which exists alike in entire human being. So language does not instigate man to a feeling of mortification at man’s welfare as man’s misdeed of dividing man by religion, colour and region instigates man to a feeling of mortification a man’s welfare. But the extremely foolish and rash occurrences that take place or hostilities and warfare that commence on the issue of language are not really caused by the perpetual difference of dialects of mankind. Many wild eventualities, hostilities and warfare that are originated from malice relating to political and sectarian activity are devolved upon languages. That is to say, if nationality is formed by language and if the very nationality assumes intensely a forcible nature to interrupt the course of world peace by using language wrongfully or imprudently then language cant be made accountable for any nation’s violent nature. It is the fervent nationalism for which vehement mentality and attitude of the people making a nation are responsible. So we can say that the difference which is seen among man with regard to language, does not generally instigate man to animosity. Difference of to learn arid speak a language of other man i.e. man speaking Bengali language becomes naturally delighted to learn and speak English, Urdu, Arabic and Russian language. Similarly, man speaking English or Japanese gets pleasure to learn and speak Bengali language. If a group of man speaking English or Urdu language is blamed for its ill-treatment of an utterly odious act then it becomes a theme of reproof and condemnation. This theme of reproof and condemnation, we should know, does not come out of the difference of language. It is the outcome of a group of people’s mean and hateful mental it with regard to its ill-treatment and odious act. Although different languages have divided the human society in different vernacular nations yet the languages could not divide human souls or the nations. When any man speaking Bengali language says after he sees a beautiful scene, ‘Oh! How fine’, then any man speaking English language says after he sees that scene, ‘Oh? What a beauty’. Again when any man speaking English language says after he sees a barbarous scene, ‘Oh! how pathetic’, then naturally any man speaking Bengali language says after he sees that barbarous scene, ‘Alas! How grievous’. In fact. language, is a worded manifestation of mind i.e. what man feels in his mind and soul becomes worded through language. Although man speaks different Languages in the world, yet expression of his soul in various
manners of speaking, bears some sort of sameness in its meaning. That is to say, the language in which any man speaks out of his feeling of love, affection, pleasure, sorrow etc. hears the identical peculiarity and meaning for all the human being of the world. That is why man feels horrification of heart through poetry and music created in other languages. Accordingly a large number of Bengali people may even become quite absorbed in Hindi, Urdu or English music.
In today world, man speaking different languages, is attracting himself to each other by various dialects. But some one is using the language as a weapon to gain his political end. So vernacular-based nationality also some times takes the form of violence, makes so many hazardous conflicts and thereby obstructs world peace. There fore it may be tried to create a world-language with the admixture of the prevalent vocabularies of many of the innumerable current languages of the world for the abolition of segregation by language. It has been seen in the history of languages that new vernacular has developed with the admixture of different words of difference languages. In this context Urdu language can be cited as an example i.e. Urdu language has developed with the admixture of different vocabularies of many languages at the barrack of army formed in combination with peoples of different nations. So it is not baseless to have an endeavor to create a world-language with the admixture of different, prevalent languages of the world.

But at this point, it should be the expectation that there will be no extinction of traditional liter works created by wise men of different languages of the world. These literary glories will not he withered away and will remain as the perpetual cultural wealth of the entire human race.
